If you reside within the PPNA boundaries (click map to expand); please fill out and submit the form below to be added to our membership roster. Required fields include your name, email address and street address.

If approved, you will be added to the Panama Park Neighborhood Association Email List which is our primary means of communication. This site is intended to be apolitical and friendly. Our aim is to share information, promote general welfare and build community. Our main objective is for everyone to get to know their neighbors (while hopefully having fun). Posting notices about Sunnyvale neighborhood events of general interest is highly encouraged. Membership in Panama Park Neighborhood Association implies acceptance of these conditions.
